Kohlmarkt

Kohlmarkt is one of the must hit streets in Vienna. It has all the high profile designers you can find almost everywhere, but what makes this street unique is that it gives you an amazing view of Michaeler Gate, which is the main entrance to Hofburg Palace. If your not interested in all the usual designers walk a little past Kohlmarkt and you’ll be in Michaelerplatz facing the Hofburg.
   
Within Michaelerplatz you will find Loden-Plankl. This is the oldest remaining specialty shop for loden coats and traditional Viennese clothing. Typically used for hunting for their warmth and mobility, Loden coast are custom tailored to your body. Specifically, for spring weather you can choose  to have a sport coat made from 100% linen, linen and silk blends, 100 cotton blends that feature silk trimmed accents in any color you select. Goat and deer skin is the typical Fall material while in winter a traditional knee length cape or wool jacket comes with removable wool lining. can be ordered in  and can be shipped to any destination in the world. An authentic loden coat comes in olive green but they a number of other colors to choose from. It is a true fashion piece of Viennese culture.

Kartner Strasse

Kartner Strasse is located between two huge monuments the Opera House and St. Stephens Cathedral. This happening street is home to the widest range of stores in Vienna.
