The terms “you”, “your” and “yours” refer to the customer/purchaser utilizing our web site(s) (the “Site”). The terms “TravelwithCarnet.com”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TravelwithCarnet.com, and its affiliates, and subsidiaries. We reserve the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time and to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time as we see fit. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However, if you are unhappy with the delivery service, we will make reasonable efforts to intervene on your behalf if requested, but we cannot give you any assurances that our intervention will result in any action being taken by the carrier.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We may collect your email address, name, address and telephone number
