Jean Nouvel, the architect of the museum, describes the restaurant as a carapace of a tortoise with its round space capped by a domed ceiling with ironwork and glass. At night, the lights of the Eiffel Tower overhanging the six-floor restaurant, illuminate your cutlery and glasses.
